Cambridge Trip

Renowned the world over, Cambridge is home to the iconic University of Cambridge. You’ll want to join the punters down the River Cam before exploring every nook and cranny of this ancient cobbled city. Finish the day with some classic British fish and chips; or try one of Cambridge’s many different restaurants, from Indian to Mexican.

Theater Night

From ‘Wicked’ to ‘Les Mis’, London’s world-famous West End is home to the ultimate theater experience. You’ll indulge in a show-stopping musical, or try a laugh-a-minute comedy. So get yourself dolled up and prepare for an unforgettable night on the town!

Food Tour

Follow our guide as they take you on a sumptuous food tour through the twisting old streets of London. Sample a diverse array of delicious food, from amazing Spanish tapas to exquisite Mauritian seafood. From Camden Market to Borough Market, you’ll experience all the culinary delights of London.

Weeks 1 & 2

As you fly into London, no doubt you’ll notice the skyline full of the city’s iconic skyscrapers – the Shard, the Gherkin, the Helter-Skelter. It’s finally time for your London adventure.

After a long journey, you’re ready to head straight to your new digs. So let us pick you up and whisk you straight there.

It’s time to settle in. Whether you’d like to get over your jet lag or head straight out and explore your new city, use your first day to get comfortable. Day two is all about your orientation. Here you’ll get to grips with what your London experience has to offer, before meeting your fellow interns. Introduce yourself and start making friends!

On your first day in your new role, you’ll meet your manager and the rest of the team. Then you’ll familiarize yourself with your place of work for the next few weeks or months. Once your first day is over, it’s time to relax at one of our Community Team dinners. Sample some of London’s culinary delights; it might be a spicy curry, or tasty fish and chip supper. Navigate your way home on the Tube – don’t worry, you’ll soon be a master of its maze of colourful lines!

Your business internship is a constant learning experience. To maximize your time in London, you might want to take an early Workshop. Improve your skills and learn all the tools you’ll need to succeed in business. You’ll be able to apply these to both your internship and all of your future endeavours.

Before you know it, it’s time for your amazing Cambridge trip. Marvel at the ancient university buildings – established in 1209 – before getting your punting skills up to scratch down the River Cam. Finish your day with a sumptuous dinner – whether it’s classic British steak and ale pie, Korean barbeque, or a Caribbean-style curry.

Weeks 3 & 4

You’ve settled in well and are now used to the rhythms of your busy life as a business intern in London. Already you’ve become adept at pitching product recommendations, as well as compiling financial reports for your manager. So you might head out to review your progress over a coffee.

Everywhere you turn in London, there’s something new waiting for you. We’ll be hard at work searching for networking opportunities for you to make the most of; so start building up your international contact list.

Then it’s already time for your second guided tour. It’s theater night, and that means singing your heart out to a jukebox musical or being moved to tears by a stripped-back indie production. Either way, you’ll have an unforgettable time! Conclude your night with a visit to a world-famous restaurant or bar for a few cocktails.

Weeks 5 & 6

Time moves quickly in this city. Your time in London is already reaching its end. By now, you’ll be reflecting on what you’ve learned and the next steps you’d like to take. You may now be pro at handling multiple clients’ portfolios. Or you are on your way to becoming a master of analysing market data!

And you’re sure to have become aware of new opportunities or career goals in the process. So now might be the right time for your 1-to-1 career coaching session. Our qualified coach will help you consider your London internship as well as your aspirations and next steps.

You’ve also become truly immersed in the culture of the UK. You’ve taken in the amazing sights of Cambridge, and keep replaying the memories of your unforgettable theater experience; and you’ve become familiar with all the iconic sights of London, from the black cabs and red buses to Big Ben and Tower Bridge. Now it’s time for one last day trip: the food tour. Follow our guide through the winding streets of London, tasting all the delicious samples on offer. As your time in London reaches an end, prepare for your farewell dinner. Congratulate your fellow interns – you’ve all had a life-changing experience – and say your goodbyes! It’s time for a last dash around London to tick off anything remaining on your list. Whether it’s heading up the London Eye for an amazing view, or a visit to one of London’s countless museums; make sure you get everything in. You won’t regret it!
