The capital of Brandenburg, Potsdam was once the home of Prussian rulers. Today, a collection of grand palaces and immaculate gardens stand as testament to their reign; in fact, their style even has the name Potsdam Rococo. Baroque wonders fill the city, and the Dutch Quarter sports the largest number of Dutch-style houses outside the Netherlands. You’ll find impressive sights, boutique stalls, cafes and more.
A top international destination for cultural events, Berlin is home to an array of art both old and new. Wind your way through the city as you visit museums, art installations and more; then enjoy some contemporary efforts as you take in the street art that covers the remains of the Berlin Wall.
