You’ll get hands-on experience in a London-based internship; complete with an immersive insight into one of the world’s biggest financial and investment hubs.
London is a gloriously unique city. Its ancient origins are on display through countless museums and Roman ruins; and there are iconic buildings like Big Ben or the Shard everywhere you turn. Connecting it all is the world-famous London Underground, or Tube; learning to navigate it is when you know you’ve become a Londoner!
But London has more to offer than history and iconic sights; you’ll also quickly become familiar with London’s outstanding array of bars, restaurants, and cosy pubs. On top of that, there’s an unmatched cultural scene. Whether it’s literary or theatrical, you’ll discover something truly unique that’ll make your imagination sparkle. In fact, it’s the perfect place to brainstorm or come up with new exciting business ideas!
We carefully design our immersive skills workshop to boost your personal and professional development.

You’ll have the chance to undergo a personalized 1-to-1 guidance session. Working with a qualified coach, you’ll review your experiences, skills, plans and goals; here you might gain a new perspective or just become more certain of your aspirations. It’s a unique opportunity to explore your career.
Of course, you’ll have a packed schedule – full of meetings, trips, social events, and networking – so you’ll fit this meeting in at the right time for you.
An early appointment is a way of preparing for your coming internship. Or if you’d prefer, a half-way session is a good middle ground; here you can both reflect on what you’ve learned so far while getting ready for what’s to come.
Alternatively, a session towards the end of your time is a good way to look back at your progress; while setting out a roadmap for your future endeavours.
We also offer tailored career advice and interviews tips at any point in your programme. Whether that’s resume or LinkedIn advice, or helping you to prepare a professional portfolio.

Quintessentially English, Cambridge is a place like no other. Down cobbled streets and narrow lanes you’ll discover this historic city. Finish off the day with a pub dinner, or sample one of the many other cuisines Cambridge has to offer.
Throw on your fanciest clothes and get ready to hit the town! Tonight is all about theater; visit the iconic London West End and immerse yourself in a cultural experience like no other. You might sing along to your favourite musical, or try something you haven’t seen before. Whatever you choose, finish off with dinner in a world-class restaurant.
With Londoners coming from right across the globe, it makes sense that London has one of the most diverse food scenes in the world! Hop from market to market and sample delicious cuisine as you go. Whether that’s pad Thai, Jamaican jerk chicken, or traditional British fish and chips!
Throughout the program, your London Community Coordinators will be with you every step of the way, providing you with support you need, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
We know you’ll be eager to discover what a London-based internship is like. That’s why we’ve put together a snapshot of a typical London entrepreneurship program, based on a standard 6-week internship.
After all this time, you’ve made it: London. As you flew in, you picked out those iconic landmarks seen in a thousand films – Big Ben, the Shard, the Tower of London. Get ready, because you’ll be striding among those landmarks soon enough!
Meet us at the airport and we’ll pick you up and take you straight to your new digs. You can use this time to kick back and get some R&R. Or if you’d prefer, get straight out there and start exploring your new city. On day two you’ll undergo our comprehensive orientation; familiarize yourself with London and what awaits you on your internship. Meet your new Beyond Community as you build friendships that will last you a lifetime.
Then it’s time to get to know your colleagues. Introduce yourself to your manager and team, and dive straight in! After your busy first day, you’ll want to unwind at a community dinner. You might sample a delicious Indian curry before you hop on the Tube and make your way home.
Your internship will certainly be a constant learning experience. To make the most of it, you might want to take part in our skills workshop. With the help of coaches and speakers, you’ll improve your skill-set and impress your new colleagues!
After a busy week or two, you’ll be able to lose yourself in British culture with the first of our trips; this time, to Cambridge. You’ll relax as you experience this enchanting slice of quaint English life, floating gently down the River Cam. Finish off your day in this beautiful university town with fish and chips or some local ice cream!
You’ve settled in quickly, familiar with the ebbs and flows of your busy entrepreneurship program. Already you’ve got a good handle on market research, and your client handling skills are growing. So head out to one of London’s trendiest cafes with your manager to discuss your progress.
An interconnected and global city, London is packed with opportunities to network. We’ll send you regular invites to professional industry events – get out there and start building long-lasting business relationships!
For your second trip, it’s time to head down to the iconic West End for an unforgettable night. Take in an amazing show in and around Soho, and cap it off with dinner (and cocktails!) at a world-class restaurant.
Your time in London will fly by. But it’s been an extraordinary experience; you’ve met new people, developed an extensive list of contacts, and gained invaluable skills.
You feel like you know everything there is to know about your industry. So now’s a good time to look back on your internship with a tailored coaching session. With a qualified coach, reflect on what you’ve learned and where you’d like to go next.
You’ve also become fully immersed in the amazing culture of London. You know the city like the back of your hand – and it’s time to complete your cultural education with your final tour. Make your way through the back alleys of London, and experience some delicious food. You’ll also learn a bit of cultural history as you go!
Now there’s just one last event to attend – your farewell dinner. Congratulate your fellow interns and reminisce with your Beyond Community; then say goodbye.
But before you go, take in London one last time. Whether that’s one last slow walk beside the Thames, soaking up the atmosphere. Or a blitz around the city on a tour bus, hitting all the major tourist spots. You won’t regret it – London is a city that will stay with you forever.
We collaborate with a diverse array of companies, spanning from boutique PR firms to multinational advisory firms. Please note that these examples are purely for reference. The specific company you’ll be associated with will be determined by a wide range of criteria.

“The City seems so much more in earnest: its business, its rush, its roar are such serious things, sights and sounds. The City is getting its living – the West-End but enjoying its pleasure.”
