Your first day is about unwinding after a long trip. After a busy day, you could unwind at a community dinner; why not grab some takeout and head to Yoyogi Park for an al fresco dining experience?
As your internship progresses, you’ll often find yourself challenged by a range of new tasks and experiences. So it’s a good idea to prepare yourself with an early skills workshop. You’ll work with coaches and speakers to get your skills into gear for the weeks ahead.
It’s already time for your first trip. Visit Mount Fuji to discover stunning natural beauty. You’ll never forget the expansive views over Tokyo and the surrounding lakes.
By now, you’re really getting to grips with your internship. You’ve mastered every brief you’ve been given, down to the obscurest aspect of case law; and you’re a dab hand at assisting your seniors as they interview clients to determine their legal needs. So head out to a sushi restaurant with your manager and review your progress.
Tokyo has ties with cities all over the world, and you’ll meet a diverse array of professionals as you work. To aid you as you build your growing list of contacts, we’ll send out an invite to an exclusive networking session. Head along and meet the top leaders in law – you never know what might come of it.
