When you arrive, we’ll take you through a complete orientation; it will cover everything, from your internship to London itself.
After the orientation, our welcome lunch or dinner will be the perfect opportunity for you to get to know your fellow interns better. Many of our previous interns have made friends for life during their internship programs!
Every few weeks, catch up with your community at a lunch or dinner. Try a world-class restaurant or head out with a takeaway for an al fresco experience.

With start dates every month – and lasting between one and six months – you’ll build the internship program that works for you.
In London you’ll receive industry-best practical experience with a property or real estate firm. With new deals being struck every day, you’ll work with developers and advise investors as you navigate this fast-paced, challenging industry.
Brits love to kick back and relax after a long day at work. Prepare for plenty of drinks and meals; and polish your wit before engaging in plenty of light-hearted banter.
Connecting it all is London’s iconic public transport system; from black cabs to red buses to the amazing Tube network. You’ll quickly get the hang of it, so hop on and start exploring!
We carefully design our skills workshop to equip you with the tools for success.
You’ll sharpen your skills under the guidance of professional coaches and inspirational speakers.
Usually, you’ll run through exercises on communication, problem solving, and more. You’ll be able to apply your newfound knowledge to your internship, as well as your future career.
Use this session to consider your career. Working with a qualified coach, you’ll reflect on your strengths, weaknesses, and career goals. You might discover something new about yourself, or settle more firmly on your chosen path.
You’ll be busy attending meetings, social events, trips, and networking sessions; so you can fit your career coaching appointment at the best time for you.
Fancy an early meeting? It’s a great way to get the most out of your internship. Alternatively, a mid-term appointment is a chance to reflect on your progress so far; while also adjusting for the rest of your time in London.

– Identify and research inconsistencies/discrepancies in appraisal reports

An iconic, picturesque university city, head to Cambridge for an enchanting experience. Float serenely down the lush River Cam, or sunbathe in a park or green space. Finish off your day with a cosy pub dinner, or sample one of the many international cuisines Cambridge can offer!
It’s theater night! Throw on your best clothes and head down to the West End for an unforgettable night of culture and food. London’s theatrical output is unmatched, so enjoy a showstopping musical or world-famous show! Finish off your night with dinner at a world-class restaurant.
One of the biggest advantages of London’s status as a multicultural melting pot is the amazing food culture! Follow a guide as you explore London by foot, learning some history and culture as you walk. Try Japanese teppanyaki, Vietnamese pho, or a Nigerian chicken curry!

Skimming over the London skyline as you flew in, you could just pick out some of the most iconic sights – the Shard, the London Eye, Big Ben. Get used to landmark spotting, because you’ll be doing a lot of it! For now, meet us at the airport and we’ll whisk you straight to your new digs.
Use your first day to unwind in a way that works for you; some interns like to kick back and relax, others like to head straight out the door and start exploring. Whatever you choose, join us on your second day for your London orientation; here you’ll get fully up-to-speed with what awaits you on your program. After that, meet your fellow interns and join the Beyond Community!
You’ll be excited to start work, so head to your office and meet your new colleagues. Create a good first impression, then crack on with your busy first day. Afterwards, you might want to unwind at a community dinner. Try an international dish – you might dine on some delicious Caribbean food before hailing a black cab home.
You’ll find yourself regularly challenged during your Property & Real Estate internship. That’s why many interns opt to make the most of their program by undertaking an early skills workshop. With qualified coaches, you’ll hone or learn new skills – ready to impress your colleagues!
And soon enough, it’s time for the first of your immersive deep dives into British culture. First up, it’s Cambridge. You’ll love this quintessentially English town and famous university city; from its striking Gothic architecture to its glorious river and green spaces. Finish your day with a delicious dinner.
By now, you’ve settled in well. Your skills in bespoke property industry software are constantly improving, and you’ve grown comfortable liaising with a range of clients and industry professionals. So now’s a good time to head out with your manager to one of London’s many trendy cafes to discuss your progress.
London is a bustling city packed full of business and networking opportunities. You’re likely to have already made a few contacts of your own; we’ll assist you by finding you the very best professional networking event. Head along and introduce yourself to top industry leaders. Swap contact details – something good might come of it!
For the second of your immersive trips, it’s time for an unmatched cultural adventure into the heart of London’s West End. Take in a world-class show, then finish off the night with some delicious dinner in an upmarket restaurant!
Your time in London is drawing to an end. You’ve had a truly amazing time; you’ve developed new professional skills, gained incredible industry experience, and made some impressive contacts while you were at it!
Looking back at your internship, now’s a good time to book your career session with a qualified coach. In this 1-to-1 session you’ll reflect on your achievements and successes, as well as where you can improve. If you haven’t already, start thinking about your next steps.
Along with your professional experience, you’re now intimately familiar with the cultural scene of London. Take one last trip to complete your cultural education – a food tour! Follow a guide as you uncover the hidden gems of London, all while sampling a range of mouth-watering international cuisine.
Your last scheduled event is your farewell dinner, so put on your best clothes and enjoy yourself one last time. Congratulate your fellow interns – it’s been a challenging, enriching time, and you’ve all come away with an incredible experience. After you say goodbye, dash around the city and tick off anything outstanding on your list – head to the British Museum, go shopping on Oxford Street, or visit the Peter Pan statue in Kensington Gardens!

We work with a range of carefully-selected accommodation partners throughout London that includes flat shares, student accommodation and co-living sites. We only provide options that meet our safety, quality and cleanliness standards, and all of our partners are located in commutable areas with links to the amazing transport system that London has to offer. Depending on your office location, we try to ensure your commute time is 30-60 minutes. Living arrangements involve sharing space with other Beyond Interns, young professionals, and students, fostering a fantastic opportunity to integrate into the local community.
You will get a private bedroom, and most accommodation options include a private bathroom and kitchenette. Some locations include shared living spaces, lounge areas, workspaces, cafe, gym etc. All rooms come with bedding and Wi-Fi, and often have a desk. Locations can vary but you’ll always be well located and near public transport.
As the demand for short-term accommodation is dynamic and availability can vary, we finalize the details of your specific accommodation and location approximately 3-4 weeks before your start date.
