If Brooklyn were a city, it’d be the third-most populous in the entire United States! Accordingly, there’s plenty to see and do here. Whether it’s the Brooklyn Botanic Garden or Prospect Park, there’s a variety of curated green spaces to discover. Or take a look at the second-largest public art collection in the US with a trip to the Brooklyn Museum.
Packed full of culture, LES is New York’s rich history of immigration and diversity in miniature. With its working-class roots, there’s a unique feel to the Lower East Side; today, it’s been fully gentrified and is packed with art houses and quirky cafes. Whether you want to explore the neighborhood’s variety of museums or simply experience its famed nightlife is up to you.
While Manhattan doesn’t often produce great jazz artists, a jazz artist is unlikely to be truly great until they’ve played the famed Manhattan clubs. Up-and-comers from all over the globe come to play these cosy rooms, hoping for a shot at success; and you’ve got a front-row seat to see these prodigies in action. Enjoy a fantastic selection of music and cocktails as you embark upon a night of culture and sophistication.
Throughout the program, your New York City Community Coordinators will be with you every step of the way, creating amazing memories that will last a lifetime.
If you want to know what a Property & Real Estate internship looks like, look no further; here’s a snapshot of a typical 6-week program.

Here, you’ll work under the guidance of coaches and speakers to boost your core skills. There’s no better way of getting fighting fit for the weeks ahead.
Soon enough, it’s time for the first of your cultural trips. Welcome to Brooklyn! The largest borough in the city, you’ll find plenty to see and do here; including fantastic green spaces and specialized museums. Cap off your day with a visit to Coney Island.
It’s your third week in New York, and you’ve soon developed a mastery over your workload. From property valuations to market research, you’re working with increased independence; the experience you’re gaining here will be invaluable in the years to come. Head out to one of New York’s many cafes and chat with your manager about how you’re getting on so far.
After a hectic couple of weeks, you’re looking for the right way to unwind; fortunately, a community dinner invite has just landed in your lap. Meet up with your friends and chat about how your internships are progressing; feast on some delicious New York-style pizza or pastrami as you do it.
You’ve probably made a couple of contacts of your own by now; head to a top networking event to make a few more. Meet and greet with top property leaders across the city; impress and good things may come your way.
Next up, it’s your second trip. Take a journey down to the Lower East Side as you experience this unique part of New York. With a blended culture like no other, dive into the history of this fascinating neighborhood.
